Brad was born and raised in the Northmont community, where he graduated Northmont high school in 2006 as a valedictorian. He proceeded to attend The Ohio State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. At Ohio State, he was a member of The Ohio State University Marching Band where he ‘dotted the i’ in script Ohio in 2009 and 2010. Brad furthered his education with a degree in physician assistant studies from Kettering College. After graduation in 2014, he practiced family medicine in the Englewood community at Miami Valley North Hospital. In 2021, he decided to serve our nation’s heroes at the Dayton VA Medical Center where he currently works in Primary Care. 

Brad was appointed by council members to city council in September of 2024. Brad and his wife, Cathy, who is also a Northmont graduate, have lived in Englewood since 2018. Cathy taught for Northmont City Schools for six years prior to staying at home with their two boys, Harvey and Carson. Brad has previously been involved with the Northmont Rotary Club, where he has served as a president in the past. He looks forward to continuing to serve the community that has given so much to him over the years.
