Electric:

The City of Englewood has entered into a new electric aggregation contract from January 2026 until December 2026.  

We have contracted with Constellation at a fixed rate of 9.04 cents per kWh.

Gas:

The City of Englewood has entered into a Gas Aggregation contract from October 2025 until May 2027. 

We have contracted with Archer Energy at a fixed rate of $0.6625 per Ccf.

This rate is in effect from October 2025 until May 2027.

This is a fixed rate, unlike CenterPoint Energy, which only offers a variable rate.

The Englewood Festival and Arts Commission hosts a Youth Art Fair every year that highlights and promotes the artistic skills and talents of our community's youth. The Art Fair is held at the Englewood Government Center in February/March and is open to all students, Pre-K through 12, living in the Northmont School District.

Artwork Submission (Govt. Center) - February 28, 2026  10:00 AM – 12:00 PM  

Awards Ceremony (Govt. Center) - March 7, 2026  11:00 AM 

1. Open to all students in the Northmont School District, Pre-K through 12.
2. Students may submit one work per category (pencil, ink, marker, etc.)
3. All work must be original; no kits or tracings.
4. Original works created as school projects or self-concepts will be accepted.
5. All work must be mounted on a poster board slightly larger than the original artwork. * Unmounted work will not be accepted.
