Picnic in the woods while the children fish at the catch-and-release pond. Let the little squirts enjoy the big squirts of the free water feature open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Recreational sports fans can play sand volleyball, softball or tennis. And visit Carr Woods Nature Sanctuary at the back of the park for a scenic stroll. Centennial Park is located at 321 Union Road near the north water tower. It is open daily during daylight hours. The main shelter can be reserved by calling 836-5929.
