Knitting & Crocheting Social Hour is held every Tuesday at 10:00 AM.

Core Conditioning Class for Seniors

Core Conditioning Classes are held at the Earl Heck Community Center on Thursdays at 12:00 PM. These are chair exercise classes. If your Medicare plan offers Silver Sneakers as part of your plan then you are eligible to take the classes for free. Class size is limited so you must register in advance by calling Lisa at 937-620-8342

Strength and Balance Class (chair class)

Strength and Balance Classes are held at the Earl Heck Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM. These classes are chair exercise classes for seniors and those with mobility issues. If your Medicare plan offers Silver Sneakers as part of your plan then you are eligible to take the classes for free. Senior Euchre Night is held at the Earl Heck Centers on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 PM. Open to anyone 55 and older.
