Stretch and Balance Chair Exercise Classes are held at the Earl Heck Community Center on Wednesdays at 11:15 AM. These are chair exercise classes. If your Medicare plan offers Silver Sneakers as part of your plan then you are eligible to take the classes for free. Class size is limited so you must register in advance by calling Lisa at 937-620-8342

Pound Fitness classes are offered at the Earl Heck Center on Wednesdays at noon. The class is done from the comfort of a chair and is geared towards people with mobility issues. Pound is a cardio workout which uses weighted drumsticks to create a workout inspired by the infectious, energizing fun of playing the drums. If your Medicare plan offers Silver Sneakers as part of your plan then you are eligible to take the classes for free.
