Strength and Balance Class (chair class)

Strength and Balance Classes are held at the Earl Heck Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 PM. These classes are chair exercise classes for seniors and those with mobility issues. If your Medicare plan offers Silver Sneakers as part of your plan then you are eligible to take the classes for free. Class size is limited so you must register in advance by calling Lisa at 937-620-8342
