Englewood has a council/manager form of government. City Council, comprised of seven elected officials (Mayor and six Council Members), sets government policy and local legislation, while a City Manager and staff fulfill daily operational requirements. Englewood's annual operating budget is approximately $14 million.
City Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Englewood Government Center Council Chambers.
(Exception: In July and August, there is only one meeting held on the second Tuesday of the month)
